On Friday night December 9, 2011, friends and neighbors got together for the 24th annual Holiday Walk. Once again, this was a special evening with lots of fun and camaraderie and a chance to walk the neighborhood and enjoy the holiday season.
This was slightly different in that we only had three homeowners willing to open up their homes for the evening. But it was a terrific evening. As in the past, promptly at 7:00pm, one-half of Huntington visited the home of Peggy and Dan Dwyer while the other half visited the home of Suzanne Lafata.
At 8:15pm everyone switched homes with those at the Dwyer home going on over to the Lafata home and those that were partying at the Lafata home made their way over to the Dwyer home.
At the stroke of 10:00pm, everyone descended on the home of Julie and Ron Cartwright for dessert, dancing, and whatever! Truly a GOOD time was had by all. A big shout-out to Julie and Ron for opening up their home.
Lastly, many thanks to those who opened their homes for us to enjoy! Thanks.
